The Georgia home of Rick Ross is more akin to a palace

Owning one of the biggest private residences in the US is rapper Rick Ross.

Ross uses it for his annual car show, which is so big that he hosts it there.

He refers to Fayetteville, which is roughly 22 miles south of Atlanta, as the “Promise Land,” and it’s understandable why.

With 235 acres of land, the property has 45,000 square feet of usable space.

Obviously, Rick Ross’s collection of cars takes up a large portion of that area.

The 47-year-old rapper is a huge car enthusiast, it turns out.

He has over 100 cars, the majority of which are incredible classics that he has customised.

Rick Ross is undoubtedly successful, having sold millions of records to optimise his earnings.

Although the exact amount of his wealth is unknown, the rapper hinted in an interview that it is significantly more than the $150 million figure that was once suggested.

His Atlanta mansion’s price tag certainly conveys a great deal about his business savvy.

In 1994, this house was initially constructed for Evander Holyfield, the former boxing champion.

Rick Ross purchased it in 2014, 20 years later, for a mere $5.88 million.

That is essentially a bag of peanuts in the current real estate market.

Yes, he invested a lot of money in the renovation, but still.

In relation to that, the house boasts 12 bedrooms, 21 (!) bathrooms, and a dining area big enough to accommodate 100 guests.

It’s unfortunate for Ross that it lacks a runway because he could have parked his private aircraft, known as Maybach Air, there.

In fact, he’s trying to get a flight attendant for his private plane right now.
