DJ Khaled is the latest celebrity to be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and he praised God for putting him on Earth ‘to be a light’ as he accepted the honor.

The multi-award-winning producer and musician added that he wanted his honor to symbolize ‘the love that shines on everyone’ and pledged that he was ‘just getting started.’

The accolade was awarded to the musician, real name Khaled Mohammed Khaled, on Monday by US rappers Fat Joe and Puff Daddy, who were accompanied by other important people like as music mogul Jay-Z.

He wore a bright orange suit, a dazzling watch, and sneakers.

The actor posed for photos with his celebrity, who was joined by his wife Nicole and their two sons, Asahd and Aalam.

‘I’m not a typical type of person, I’m a distinct type,’ he stated as he celebrated the occasion. Khaled is the only one.

DJ Khaled is known for his collaborations with other high profile artists including Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Snoop Dogg and Drake.

He has been nominated for three Grammys and won the best rap performance in 2020 for his hit song Higher, featuring John Legend and the late Nipsey Hussle.
