Rick Ross recently made headlines for his humorous take on electric cars, particularly Teslas. The rapper, who is a huge fan of anything on wheels, isn’t sold on electric vehicles because of the government.
But he is totally sold on any form of vintage automobile and bike. While the rapper frequently displays his automobile collection, which comprises over 200 vehicles, he does not always do the same with his bike collection. But do not worry, for he has a lot of them.
He decided to make the most of his 47th birthday, which occurred over the weekend. One of the photos he posted showed him riding a motorbike with a sidecar. The vehicle in question is a black BMW R75/6, which he claims is ideal for “date night.”‘;
Later, he had six more bikes in his driveway, saying, “For those who don’t know, I enjoy dirt bikes. Old school, fresh, and classic. Among them were a couple Bultaco bikes, which he described as “legendary,” placed in front of his red garage full of vintage cars. The rapper also apparently owns a $1 million custom motorcycle, but it does not appear in his recent videos.
Speaking about vintage cars, later that night he was able to ride in one. Not one in his possession, but a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air that he gave to his car guy, 57Freddy, last summer.
In a video of himself having a great time in the classic convertible, he disclosed that they were cruising the streets of Miami in the “El Chapo 57.” The old-school convertible, which has a white exterior and black and red upholstery, features a painting on the trunk lid.
The Bel Air is from the second generation of the vehicle, which was marketed from 1955 to 1957. While it is unclear which engine powers this convertible, the 1957 model year also saw the introduction of a new engine, the 283 cubic inch (4.6-liter) V8.
The same weekend, he shared a brief video of himself discussing electric automobiles from inside his Mansory-upgraded Rolls-Royce Cullinan. The modified SUV is the most recent addition to his collection, with more collaborations to come. It has a black body, a black interior, a Starlight Headliner, and orange trim.
But travelling in a 1957 Chevy Bel Air couldn’t be more appropriate for Rick Ross, especially on his birthday weekend.
