Promoting Liverpool’s new uniform has fans saying that Mo Salah and his teammates’resemble pornstars from the 1970s’.
Liverpool posted on Twitter to reveаl the new uniform, which is a tribute to the team’s uniform from the 1973–74 season, players like Salah, Luis Diaz, Andy Robertson, and Darwin Nunez were prominently featured. Polaroid photos of the new kit are combined with an antique photo booth in an odd video that aims to capture the spirit of the 1970s.
Fans are feeling nostalgic for the ’70s for reasons other than the clip’s visual appeal. Supporters said that Salah and Co. appeared like they were in an adult film from the era because of the glasses they used for the montage.

One admirer joked beneath the video of the clip, which featured the best players on the team wearing brown shades with gold frames and a hint of tint, saying, “Like 70s pоrnо stars.” Some, however, were kinder and lavished appreciation on the Reds’ new strip.
Another fan exclaimed, “OK, yeah, I’m in love,” in a tweet. The third commenter said, “This is the best Liverpool uniform in a long time!”The first amazing @LFC kit from @Nike. I just had to get it. “I hope the away and third kits are equally iconic,” a third person stated. A fourth fan then said, “We kept it simple for once, no wacky colours being added into the mix that just felt weird or off the colour palette.”
In the meantime, the Reds are going full steam ahead on the field, having scored 16 goals in their previous five Premier League games, including a tҺrilling 4-3 thriller against Tottenham and a 6-1 thumping of Leeds. They are virtually unstoppable at this point.
