Jordan Clarkson bravely sold his half-occupied Sherman Oaks mansion for $7.5 million. This sum is much higher than the NBA star’s initial $6.8 million asking price and the $5.7 million paid for the mansion in late 2020.

Denver DJ and EDM producer Nick Miller, known as Illenium, bought the modern property, according to public records.

Do you not know Illium? The remarkable 31-year-old began his music career as a bedroom producer in 2013.

At the 2017 Electronic Music Awards, he won “Remix of the Year” for “Say It.” Former drᴜg junkie and Forbes “30 Under 30” list-maker, his 2019 album “Ascend” peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard 200. He is a regular visitor to Coachella and Bonnaroo.

The 2019 modern farmhouse-style walled and gated building features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a brick motorcourt, and 8,000 square feet.

The two-story residence has handcrafted woodwork, lighting, and indoor-outdoor living spaces in a rustic style. Chic features include a loft-style living space, a movie theater with a drop-down projector, and an executive office with a glass wall separating it from the “showroom” garage.

Gourmet kitchens have Wolf and SubZero equipment, a large central island with a breakfast bar, and butler’s pantries. The adjacent family room has a vaulted ceiling and book-matched quartz slab fireplace. The formal dining room has a transparent, temperature-controlled wine showcase.

The larger of the two master bedrooms features a fireplace, two walk-in closets, a patio, and a quartz bathroom with two vanities, a double shower, and a steam unit.
