After splitting up with Cristina Mackey, Rick Ross immersed himself in partying and took his fan girl to a home with hundreds of supercars.

In addition to having a famous background, Rick Ross’ most recent real estate purchase offers a record-breaking return on investment.

Amar’e Stoudemire’s South Florida home was recently purchased by the Miami native for $3.5 million in an all-cash transaction that took just four days to close—the fastest in the gated neighborhood where the property is situated.

The former NBA all-star has owned the home for almost a decade. It has a 1,314-square-foot guest house, a 7,361-square-foot main house, and a nine-car garage.

The main house is a one-story building with 10 foot ceilings, white marble floors, coffered ceilings, and four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

Among the areas where friends and family can congregate are a chef’s kitchen, a private movie theater, an indoor bar area with a pool table, and a yoga suite. The guesthouse has a sitting area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Coming 2 America’s main filming location has since been revealed to be Ross’ other home, a 12-bedroom house in Atlanta.

The house, with a whopping 45,000 square feet and 109 rooms, was an excellent model for a palace in the made-up country of Zamunda. Speaking with Variety about the alterations the set designers made to his house, Ross stated,

“I asked them to keep the dining room wallpaper since they changed it.” In addition, they made me a gift of a large dining table that seats between fifty and sixty people. It’s enormous.
