Recently, Drake rented a newly constructed Beverly Hills mansion known as “Elementi,” valued at $65 million, for a luxurious stay. The 18,000-square-foot property, briefly off the market after completion of a six-year rebuild, boasts intricate architectural details, including a courtyard featuring a 20-foot cascading water wall and a centuries-old Mediterranean olive tree from Italy. Designed by the renowned firm SAOTA, the estate features seven bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms, and lavish amenities such as a great room adorned with marble inspired by piano keys, a gourmet kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances and Dada cabinetry, and a separate butler’s kitchen with a Viking stove. Drake, who also owns expansive properties in Toronto and Hidden Hills, rented “Elementi” for approximately $215,000 per month, enjoying its opulent design and stunning views, though he remains rooted in his other residences despite brief stays elsewhere.
