Rice began his preseason workouts on Tuesday, as Arsenal fans await the formal announcement of his transfer from West Ham.

The deal is expected to take place soon, but the north London club has yet to make a formal announcement, despite manager Mikel Arteta’s desire for him to travel on their pre-season tour of the United States.
